Why would I willingly leave my extended family, go to another country on another continent where I don’t speak the language to a people who have a reputation of not caring about anything I will tell them? (Uruguay is the most atheistic country in South America).

The answer to why I am a missionary is found on a hill in the middle of Jerusalem. A hill where someone died because I was a sinner.This person’s death wasn’t a peaceful death. He was killed by torture. He was given a beating that many didn’t even survive.
